Tasting notes: Chocolate, red grape, molasses
Dark chocolate up front, followed by fruity, slightly tart/tannic notes that conjure ripe red grape. A molasses-sweetness with hints of dried dates that lingers. Nicely balanced between chocolatey, fruity, and sweet.
Well suited for espresso or iced drinks—we’ve been especially digging this as a Japanese style (flash chilled) iced coffee for a brighter cup that really brings out the red grape. Brew it hot for a nice, comforting cup.
